Basically forget having much of a life outside of work. Also "non-mandatory" team nights on thursday. There will be business trips and conferences that are mandatory. Saturdays are mandatory once you become a corporate trainer which you will need to become if you want to stay with the company. Hours: You will work from 1130 to 830 monday through friday. Basically they want to hold off on paying you as long as possible because like I said many people quit when they realize what this place is really about. Company has a three week probation period before you receive your first paycheck. Also no benefits as promised in the job posting.

They will tell you base salary plus commission which is very misleading. Once again they are very ambiguous about this and no one understands this concept when they join. If you make lets say $500 in commission then you make $500 for the week. PAY: The job pays $400 a week with the chance to make more. Possibly to places as far as an hour from the office Also if you have a car expect to do a lot of driving. You're not a marketer, customer service rep, business analyst, campaign manager, etc. Job postings will mention a bunch of different positions. Many people quit on the first day just because they had no idea what they were signing up for. I didn't mind the job but I didn't appreciate being mislead. During the interview they were very ambiguous to me about the job and it was a complete shock to me to find out I would be doing door to door sales.
Saw a job posting online that claimed $15/hr 40 hrs a week and mentioned 401k and medical benefits and never once mentioned the word sales. This company lies to you from the get go.
